1. Delivery Areas

Maison Petit Parc Paris offers delivery services for its gourmet boxes and picnic experiences primarily within Paris. For the physical products the delivery is worldwide. We reserve the right to adjust our delivery zones based on demand and logistical capabilities.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Standard Hours: For picnics deliveries are made in some specific hours , depending on customer availability and demand. 
  • Preferred Time Slots: Customers may select a preferred delivery time slot during checkout, subject to availability.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our distribution point to the delivery address. Charges will be displayed at checkout:

  • Within Paris City Limits: Free delivery for the picnics. Some extra are added for the gourmet boxes and the physical products.
  • Nearby Suburbs: Fees vary by distance and will be calculated during the order process.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery Locations: Deliveries can be made to private residences, businesses, or parks/public spaces, provided they comply with local regulations and permissions. Please include any relevant location details when ordering.
  • Access to Delivery Point: For deliveries in parks or public spaces, customers are responsible for ensuring accessibility for our delivery team.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Maison Petit Parc Paris is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • Delivery Receipt: Customers or their representatives must be present to receive the order at the scheduled time. We cannot guarantee rescheduled delivery without an additional fee if no one is available.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, we will attempt to contact the customer. If unsuccessful, the delivery may be rescheduled based on availability, and additional fees may apply. Refunds are not provided for missed deliveries.

7. Product Condition Upon Delivery

All orders are packaged to ensure freshness and quality upon delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of delivery. Any issues with the order’s condition must be reported within 24 hours by contacting booking.petitparc@gmail.com.
